A maiden edition and the official unveiling of O3 Finance School - O3 Finance Summit 1.0 hosted an average of 800 students in Oduduwa Hall, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, in a practical discourse with industry experts on Blockchain and Web3 as a tool for wealth creation.

“Hello Everyone, Thank you so much for being here.

I heartily appreciate every single one of you seated here.

Welcome to O3 Finance Summit 1.0!

We planned this summit to give people a practical experience on utilizing blockchain technology and web3 as a tool for wealth creation.

You see, Finance is just like farming. A farmer sows seed in anticipation of the rainy season.

There is a season of plenty for the farmer, and there are times of drought. So, the farmer has to keep some of his harvests in the season of plenty for later (drought) while he sells others.

Before his bountiful harvest, the farmer has to prepare - by plowing the ground, watering his plantation, and keeping watch over the farm. The best farmers know how to navigate through each season properly and that is what makes the difference for them.

But what we see on the outside is the harvest, not the season of preparation. Every single success story you see today was a product of preparation and positioning. You will get wowed by the amazing feats of our speakers but keep in mind the most important theme of success - preparation, and positioning.

Someone who wants to be financially successful, like the farmer, must have quality knowledge, he must know his onions, must be able to spot opportunities, and must recognize time and seasons.

From experience, this Journey can be lonely and painstakingly difficult without the right knowledge and guidance.

This is what birthed O3 Finance School; our core desire is to help your journey with quality financial education so you can navigate seasons successfully to Financial Freedom.

On this note, I hereby present to you o3 finance school, a school bringing financial literacy to all.

Our mission is to create Financial Liberation for all, by promoting education in the areas of Wealth Creation, Wealth Management, and Wealth Sustainability.

We intend to organize seminars, workshops, webinars, online trainings, and conferences like this one, to boost financial education across Nigeria and Africa. We will conduct digital skills training and provide quality financial education for survival in the 21st century.

Our focus is to create impactful programs that will make a pathway for youths to take appropriate actions for the development of themselves, and the global community.

I also want to use this medium to call out all campus leaders to collaborate with us on this mission.
